Class is 15 minutes long. The focus is on introducing them to simple yoga poses and activities. Music is used to engage the children. A lot of progress can be made with learning the activities when weekly classes are held.
Class is 30 minutes long and includes more detailed activities. Creativity is strongly encouraged and makes our classes very entertaining for growing minds. Children have fun and learn healthy habits in each class.
Class is 30 minutes long and includes challenging this group with more complex yoga poses. Games are intertwined into class to encourage teamwork and critical thinking. Breathing exercises and meditation is introduced in more depth.
